【摘要】:组合积分系统多采用传统方法进行控制,如PID控制、Smith预估控制、内模控制、模糊PID控制及抗时滞伪PI控制,,都取得不错控制效果。虽然组合积分系统已在工业控制领域中广泛存在,但至今尚未引起广大工程技术人员关注,多数研究者们将关注点放在组合积分系统控制策略方面,其它应用研究较少。本文分析组合积分环节低通滤波实质,通过组合积分环节设计低通、高通、带通滤波器。将组合积分滤波环节与预测PI控制算法应用到烟草含水率控制系统中,更好的实现对控制系统稳定性分析。从理论研究到工程实践,可分为以下两个部分: (1)低通、高通、带通滤波器设计 基于组合积分环节低通滤波原理,提出采用组合积分环节与延时环节设计低通、高通、带通滤波器的方法。确定滤波器参数选择原则,并分析其相对于数字滤波器优点。 (2)组合积分环节与预测PI控制算法结合应用 烟草工艺过程中常存在周期性干扰,烘丝出口含水率仅能控制在±5%范围内。将组合积分环节与预测PI控制算法结合在烘丝含水率控制过程中的应用表明:可以使出口含水率保证在±0.3%范围内,保证出口含水率的稳定。对比控制系统前后超调量,突出该策略对控制系统稳定性分析的优势。 采用LabWindows/CVI作为软件开发平台,开发通用的组合积分系统先进控制软件。Simulink搭建组合积分系统过程控制模型,先进控制算法通过DDE通讯技术进行数据交换。该方法在不影响工业生产的同时,又能够有效的对软件的各项功能进行测试。
[Abstract]:The combined integral system is controlled by traditional methods, such as PID control Smith predictive control, internal model control, fuzzy PID control and anti-delay pseudo-Pi control. Although the combined integral system has been widely existed in the field of industrial control, it has not yet attracted the attention of the vast number of engineers and technicians. Most researchers focus on the control strategy of combinatorial integral system, but few other applications. This paper analyzes the essence of low-pass filtering in combinatorial integration, and designs low-pass and high-pass through combinatorial integration. Band-pass filter. The combined integral filter and predictive Pi control algorithm are applied to the tobacco moisture control system, and the stability of the control system is better analyzed, from theoretical research to engineering practice. It can be divided into two parts: Low pass, high pass, band pass filter design Based on the principle of low pass filter in combinatorial integral link, a method of designing low pass, high pass and band pass filter with combination integral link and delay link is put forward, and the selection principle of filter parameters is determined. The advantages of digital filter are analyzed. Application of combination integral link and predictive Pi control algorithm Periodic interference often exists in the process of tobacco processing. The moisture content at the outlet of dried silk can only be controlled in the range of 卤5%. The application of combination integral link and predictive Pi control algorithm in the control process of moisture content of dried silk shows that:. The moisture content of the outlet can be guaranteed in the range of 卤0.3%. The stability of water content at the outlet is guaranteed, and the advantages of the strategy in analyzing the stability of the control system are highlighted by comparing the overshoot of the control system before and after the control system. Using LabWindows/CVI as the software development platform, the general advanced control software. Simulink is developed to build the process control model of the integrated integration system. The advanced control algorithm uses DDE communication technology to exchange data, which can effectively test the functions of the software without affecting the industrial production.
