微通道光电倍增管用复合波导阳极特性分析与验证

【摘要】:从微通道板光电倍增模型着手,深入研究复合波导阳极的透射与位敏阳极对真空倍增系统造成的约束条件,并采用Mott插值方法研究了该新型光电器件电子光学特性。首先介绍了复合波导阳极结构与工作原理,给出了透射阳极与位敏阳极之间的对应关系,在此基础上分析了高速信号检测功能和入射光轴精确定位功能的约束关系,给出了相应的器件设计与实验方法,最后在真空炉中进行了该新型器件的验证性试验。试验结果表明了这种新型器件在理论和实践层面的可行性,但探索极间隧穿电压自适应调整机制将成为拓展其应用场合的必然趋势。
[Abstract]:Based on the microchannel plate photomultiplier model, the constraints of the transmission and position sensitive anode of the composite waveguide anode on the vacuum multiplication system are studied. The Mott interpolation method is used to study the electronic and optical properties of the new optoelectronic device. Firstly, the structure and working principle of the composite waveguide anode are introduced, and the corresponding relationship between the transmission anode and the position sensitive anode is given. On this basis, the constraint relationship between the high-speed signal detection function and the accurate location function of the incident optical axis is analyzed, and the corresponding device design and experimental methods are given. Finally, the verification test of the new device is carried out in a vacuum furnace. The experimental results show that the new device is feasible in both theory and practice. But it will be an inevitable trend to explore the adaptive regulation mechanism of interpolar tunneling voltage.
