基于声光可调谐滤波器的部分仿真研究

【摘要】:声光作用的观点是法国著名的物理学家Brillouin于一九二二年首次在世界上提出的,到1969年初次设计出共线型声光可调谐滤波器,再到2013年12月2日我国发射的首个无人登月的月球探测卫星“嫦娥三号”中,作为重要载荷之一的红外成像光谱仪,使用的是优质的二氧化碲声光晶体,捕捉了完整有效的近红外可见光的图像数据与短波红外光谱的数据。特别是近十年来,随着相关工艺的进步和云计算的发展,光谱成像技术获得了意想不到的收获。值得关注的是,在尖端军事领域和生物医学研究方面的应用越来越广泛。众所周知,成像技术和光谱技术是光电技术的两个重要分支,各自在发展要求的侧重点都有所不同,各自对空间分辨率和光谱分辨率提出了较高的要求。随着领域研究拓展的不断深入,得益于成像光谱技术研究的突破,使得成像技术和光谱技术两个分支的技术融合,创造了良好的条件,相关的研究正趋于向好发展的快速通道上。本文针对现有的体积小、衍射效率高等优点的声光可调谐滤波器,在分析现有的诸多光谱技术的国内外研究技术和发展的文献、论文等学术文献基础上,由此总结得出了光谱成像技术与声光可调谐滤波器在国内外的发展情况和不足。阐述了声光可调谐滤波器的各个性能,明确了声光可调谐滤波器的工作机制和工作器件。选取了二氧化碲晶体为声光相互作用介质,设计了利用两片换能器的声光可调谐滤波器,拓宽声光可调谐滤波器的光谱范围,完成了波长从450nm~990nm的调谐范围,声光可调谐滤波器的衍射效率理论值在整个波长范围内达到了70%以上。结合COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,根据设计的换能器的理论值,仿真了厚度为16um的压电换能器,以及利用电路和压电设备进行物理场耦合,分析了驱动电源内阻对压电换能器的影响,为实际的声光可调谐滤波器提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:The theory of acousto-optic action was first proposed by French physicist Brillouin in 1922, and a collinear acousto-optic tunable filter was first designed in 1969. In December 2nd 2013, in the first unmanned lunar exploration satellite Chang'e 3 launched by China, the infrared imaging spectrometer, which is one of the important payloads, uses high-quality tellurium dioxide acoustooptic crystals. Capture complete and effective near-infrared visible light image data and shortwave infrared spectrum data, especially in the past decade, with the development of related technology and cloud computing, Spectral imaging technology has made unexpected gains. It is worth noting that applications in cutting-edge military fields and biomedical research are becoming more and more extensive. As we all know, imaging technology and spectral technology are two important branches of optoelectronic technology. Each of them has different emphases in the development requirements, and they have put forward higher demands on spatial resolution and spectral resolution. With the development of the field of research, the breakthrough in imaging spectrum technology has been benefited. The fusion of the two branches of imaging technology and spectral technology creates good conditions, and the related research is tending to the fast channel of good development. In this paper, we aim at the small size of the existing technology. The acousto-optic tunable filter with high diffraction efficiency is based on the analysis of the domestic and international research and development literature of many existing spectral technologies, the papers and other academic documents. The development of spectral imaging technology and acousto-optic tunable filter at home and abroad are summarized, and the performances of acousto-optic tunable filter are described. The working mechanism and device of acousto-optic tunable filter are clarified. Tellurium oxide crystal is selected as acousto-optic interaction medium, and an acousto-optic tunable filter using two transducers is designed to widen the spectral range of acousto-optic tunable filter. The wavelength tuning range from 450 nm to 990 nm has been completed, and the diffraction efficiency of the acoustooptic tunable filter has reached more than 70% in the whole wavelength range. Combined with the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software, the theoretical value of the designed transducer is calculated. The piezoelectric transducer with a thickness of 16um is simulated, and the physical field coupling of the circuit and the piezoelectric device is carried out. The influence of the internal resistance of the driving power supply on the piezoelectric transducer is analyzed, which provides theoretical support for the practical acousto-optic tunable filter.
