光纤激光器中包层功率剥离器的热效应

【摘要】:为了将光纤激光器输出光纤包层中未完全被增益光纤吸收的残余泵浦光及非线性因素产生的高阶激光高效率剥离,提高剥离功率和得到较为均匀的热分布,采用优化的高折胶法制作包层功率剥离器,通过实验和有限元仿真模拟对包层功率剥离器的热效应进行了研究.实验表明包层功率剥离器剥离功率为132 W时,稳定工作温度最高为50.0℃,在此剥离条件下仿真模拟的结果与实验基本吻合,证明了仿真模型及参数的正确性,并证明了该种结构包层功率剥离器的实用可靠性.
[Abstract]:In order to exfoliate the residual pump light which is not completely absorbed by the gain fiber in the fiber cladding and the high order laser with high efficiency caused by nonlinear factors, the peeling power is increased and the heat distribution is uniform. The thermal effect of the cladding power peeler was studied by means of experiment and finite element simulation. The experimental results show that the thermal effect of the cladding power peeler is 132W when the peeling power of the cladding power peeler is 132W. The stable working temperature is up to 50.0 鈩,
