双传输零点C波段腔体滤波器的设计与实现

【摘要】:带外传输零点可以增强滤波器的阻带抑制能力。本文依据传输零点理论,以阶跃阻抗同轴谐振器为谐振单元,引入交叉耦合结构,采用模块化场仿真方法,设计并加工出一款工作在C波段的同轴腔体滤波器。滤波器经过调试后表现出良好的性能,其矩形系数为BW-80d B/BW-1d B=2,通带驻波为1.35,插入损耗为3d B。
[Abstract]:The out-of-band transmission zero can enhance the stopband suppression ability of the filter. Based on the transmission zero theory, the step impedance coaxial resonator is used as the resonant unit, the cross-coupling structure is introduced, and the modularized field simulation method is adopted. A coaxial cavity filter working in C band is designed and fabricated. The filter shows good performance after debugging. Its rectangular coefficient is BW-80d B/BW-1d Bu 2, passband standing wave is 1.35, insertion loss is 3 dB.
