3900LED分选机分料机构优化设计

【摘要】:由于LED芯片是数以亿计的生产,因此对LED测试分选机分料机构进行优化设计以提升其工作效率的研究显得尤为关键,提高分选的工作效率是企业如何提高效益、创造价值、提高竞争力不可回避的重要课题。本文以广东某半导体检测封装公司的一种LED分选机分料机构为研究对象,摒弃对单一零部件进行轻量化的设计思路,将分选机电机输出扭矩、转动系统的转动惯量、接料孔的布置作为一个整体进行优化设计,达到提升分选效率的目的。主要内容如下:(1)虚拟样机建模及有限元分析。在三维软件中建立分选机的虚拟样机模型,并在有限元分析软件中对关键零部件进行结构静力分析、模态分析,考察其强度和刚度以及固有频率,以确定原机构的优化空间。(2)动力学仿真分析。通过动力学仿真分析,研究了分选机在不同运动状态下,分选机转动系统的转动惯量值及其变化规律,通过转动惯量变化规律函数,求出角加速度,即可计算出任意一次分选过程的时间,从而求出分选机效率的理论值。(3)对分选机分料机构进行优化设计。利用APDL语言在ANSYS中建立关键零件摆臂的参数化模型,提取几何尺寸作为设计变量,以摆臂重量为目标函数,对摆臂进行轻量化设计。同时优化接料孔的布置方式,提高整机的分选效率。本文将有限元知识与动力学仿真分析运用于解决实际工程问题,为提高分选机分选效率提供了一种比较合理可行的解决思路。对降低企业生产成本,缩短研发周期,提高生产效益具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Because the LED chip is the production of hundreds of millions of millions, it is very important to optimize the design of the separation mechanism of the LED test separator in order to improve its working efficiency. How to improve the efficiency of the separation is how to improve the efficiency and create the value.Raise the important subject that competitive ability cannot avoid.In this paper, a kind of separation mechanism of LED separator of a semiconductor testing and packaging company in Guangdong province is taken as the research object. The design idea of lightening single parts is abandoned, and the torque of the motor of the separator and the moment of inertia of the rotary system are outputted.The layout of the connection hole is optimized as a whole to improve the separation efficiency.The main contents are as follows: 1) Virtual prototype modeling and finite element analysis.The virtual prototype model of the separator is established in 3D software. The structural static analysis, modal analysis, strength, stiffness and natural frequency of the key parts are carried out in the finite element analysis software.In order to determine the optimization space of the original mechanism.Through dynamic simulation analysis, the moment of inertia and its variation law of the sorting machine's rotational system in different motion states are studied. The angular acceleration is obtained by the function of the changing law of the moment of inertia.The time of any sorting process can be calculated, and the theoretical value of the efficiency of the separator can be calculated. 3) the optimum design of the separation mechanism of the separator can be carried out.The parameterized model of swing arm of key parts is established in ANSYS by APDL language. The geometric dimension is extracted as design variable and the weight of pendulum arm is taken as objective function to carry out lightweight design of pendulum arm.At the same time, the layout of the connection hole is optimized to improve the sorting efficiency of the whole machine.In this paper, finite element knowledge and dynamic simulation analysis are applied to solve practical engineering problems, which provides a more reasonable and feasible solution for improving the sorting efficiency of separator.It is of great significance to reduce production cost, shorten R & D cycle and improve production efficiency.
