热辐射测温系统中探测器非线性校正方法

【摘要】:热辐射测量技术中,红外探测器的非线性效应导致对目标红外辐射测量时存在一定误差。依据黑体辐射定律,理论计算得出黑体在不同温度、一定波长带宽下的热辐射量曲线,实验测得同样参数下红外探测器检测到的热辐射量。利用理论曲线对探测器的检测曲线进行修正,校正探测器非线性效应,提高热辐射测温的测量精度。
[Abstract]:In thermal radiation measurement technology, the nonlinear effect of infrared detector leads to some errors in infrared radiation measurement of target. According to the blackbody radiation law, the thermal radiation curve of the blackbody at different temperature and a certain wavelength bandwidth is calculated theoretically, and the amount of thermal radiation detected by the infrared detector under the same parameters is measured experimentally. The detection curve of the detector is modified by theoretical curve to correct the nonlinear effect of the detector and to improve the measuring accuracy of the thermal radiation temperature measurement.
