激光拼焊焊缝截面轮廓几何建模方法

【摘要】:提出了一种激光拼焊焊缝截面轮廓的几何建模方法,基于Laws纹理滤波和数学形态学闭运算提取了截面的轮廓边缘,分别采用多项式函数模型、指数函数模型、高斯函数模型对提取的截面轮廓边缘进行了曲线拟合,并对拟合结果进行了误差分析。分析结果表明,基于指数函数模型拟合的焊缝截面轮廓上边缘的精度最高,基于高斯函数模型拟合的焊缝截面轮廓下边缘的精度最高。对不同工艺参数条件下获得的激光拼焊焊缝截面轮廓边缘进行了几何建模实验,实验结果表明,提出的方法可以有效地实现激光拼焊焊缝截面轮廓的几何建模。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a geometric modeling method of the section profile of laser TWW is proposed. The contour edge of the section is extracted based on Laws texture filtering and mathematical morphology closed operation. The polynomial function model and exponential function model are used respectively. The Gao Si function model is used to fit the edge of the section contour, and the error of the fitting result is analyzed. The results show that the precision of the upper edge of the weld section profile is the highest based on exponential function model, and that of the bottom edge of the weld section profile based on the Gao Si function model is the highest. The geometric modeling experiment on the profile edge of laser welding seam section obtained under different technological parameters is carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the geometric modeling of laser welding seam section profile.
