硅磷酸盐荧光粉的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:本文探索了Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)荧光粉的制备工艺并研究了其发光性能,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),光致发光谱(PL)和色谱图(CIE)对所制备的荧光粉的微观结构和发光性能进行表征,主要完成工作和相关结论如下:第一,探究Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)荧光粉的制备工艺。通过探究预烧结次数、预烧结温度、烧结温度和烧结时间四个因素对荧光粉发光性能的影响,得到了该荧光粉的最佳制备工艺。将原料按一定化学计量比称量后的原材料充分研磨,依次在350℃空气气氛、850℃空气气氛、1400℃还原气氛(N2:H2=10:1)中烧结500min,为了使样品充分反应,每次烧结之后要对样品重新进行充分研磨。第二,研究了掺杂浓度和测试温度对Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)荧光粉发光性能的影响。随着Eu~(2+)掺杂浓度的增加,发射强度呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,并在x=0.015时达到最大值。另外,随着Eu~(2+)掺杂浓度的增加,还出现了Eu1发光中心到Eu2发光中心间的能量传递和红移现象。随着测试温度的升高,发射光谱出现与Varshini方程不相符的蓝移现象,这是由于受到晶格结构稳定性和声子辅助隧穿效应的共同作用,使得较小波长Eu1的发射峰逐渐处在主导地位的结果。第三,分别研究了BaF_2,Na_2CO_3,H_3BO_3和NH_4F四种不同助熔剂掺入量对荧光粉发光性能的影响。掺入BaF_2,Na_2CO_3,H_3BO_3三种助熔剂时,荧光粉的发光强度随每种助熔剂掺入量的增多出现先增大后减小的趋势;掺入NH_4F助熔剂时,荧光粉的发光强度出现随掺入量的增多先增大后不变的趋势,这与助熔剂本身的性质有关。本文对Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)荧光粉制备和发光性能的探索,为后人对该荧光粉的进一步深入研究奠定了基础,而且为研究荧光粉的发光机理、发光中心之间的能量传递、晶场强度作用、声子辅助隧穿效应等都起到借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation process and luminescence properties of Sr5D / PO4SiO _ 2SiO _ 2SiO _ 2) phosphors were investigated. The microstructure and luminescence properties of the phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, photoluminescence (PLL) and chromatogram (CIEs). The main work and relevant conclusions are as follows: first, the preparation process of Sr5S / POS _ 4 / P _ 2O _ 2SiO _ 4 / EU ~ (2) phosphor is studied. The optimum preparation process of the phosphor was obtained by exploring the effects of four factors, namely the number of pre-sintering times, the pre-sintering temperature, the sintering temperature and the sintering time, on the luminescent properties of the phosphors.
