基于金属反射镜电极的高压LED芯片设计

【摘要】:我国的LED企业主要集中在封装和应用等下游领域,核心技术力量还比较薄弱,因此如何研制出高性能的LED器件产品,变得尤为重要。本文从提高芯片的发光效率出发,结合现有的制备技术,制备出高性能的高压LED芯片,希望对高压LED芯片今后的研究有所帮助。
[Abstract]:The LED enterprises in our country mainly focus on the downstream fields such as packaging and application, and the core technology is still weak, so how to develop high performance LED device products becomes more and more important. In order to improve the luminescence efficiency of the chip, the high performance high voltage LED chip is fabricated by combining the existing fabrication technology. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the future research of the high voltage LED chip.
