基于SIW结构的平衡滤波器研究

【摘要】:近些年来,随着微波毫米波通信系统的迅猛发展,滤波器作为射频系统的关键部件之一,受到了越来越多的关注。基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide, SIW)结构由于其所具有的低损耗、高品质因素、高功率容量、重量轻、易于加工和便于集成等特点,受到了广泛的关注。在SIW结构基础上,为了减小尺寸,半模基片集成波导(Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide, HMSIW)等结构相继被提出。平衡滤波器由于对环境噪声有很好的免疫力,而受到越来越多的关注。微带结构的平衡滤波器已经被广泛研究,但是这些结构很难工作到毫米波等高频段。而SIW和HMSIW结构可以很好的工作在毫米波频段,本文基于SIW和HMSIW结构提出了多种新型的平衡滤波器,设计的平衡滤波器具有多种频率响应和良好的共模抑制能力,具有极大的工程应用价值。本文首先介绍了SIW的传播特性等基本理论、SIW与微带线过渡结构的设计和引入传输零点的方法,其次通过对腔体的场分布研究,发现腔体的TEl02模和TE202模可以很好的传输差模信号和抑制共模信号。此外,在腔体中加载槽线可以提高TE201模频点和第二差模通带的共模抑制能力。最后设计了SIW双通带平衡滤波器,并提出了共模抑制改进型SIW双通带平衡滤波器,均取得了非常理想的仿真和测试结果。同时提出了HMSIW高选择性平衡滤波器和双通带平衡滤波器设计方法。由于HMSIW结构的TEl02模场分布跟SIW腔体TE102模场分布相类似,同样具有传输差模信号和抑制共模信号能力。因此先提出基于HMSIW的平衡滤波器,然后分别通过加载槽线和EBG结构分别实现通带高选择性和双通带特性。此设计方法,大大减小了滤波器尺寸,且仿真和测试结果十分吻合。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of microwave and millimeter wave communication system, filter, as one of the key components of radio frequency system, has received more and more attention. Substrate integrated waveguide (Substrate Integrated Waveguide, SIW) structure has attracted wide attention due to its characteristics of low loss, high quality factors, high power capacity, light weight, easy processing and easy integration. On the basis of SIW structure, in order to reduce the size, half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide, HMSIW) and other structures have been proposed one after another. The balance filter has attracted more and more attention because of its good immunity to environmental noise. Microstrip balanced filters have been widely studied, but these structures are difficult to work in millimeter wave and other high frequency bands. However, SIW and HMSIW structure can work well in millimeter wave band. Based on SIW and HMSIW structure, several new balanced filters are proposed in this paper. The designed balanced filter has a variety of frequency response and good common mode suppression capability. It has great engineering application value. In this paper, the basic theories such as propagation characteristics of SIW and the design of transition structure between SIW and microstrip line are introduced, and the method of introducing transmission zeros is introduced. Secondly, the field distribution of the cavity is studied. It is found that the TEl02 mode and the TE202 mode of the cavity can transmit the differential mode signal and suppress the common mode signal well. In addition, the common mode suppression ability of TE201 mode frequency point and the second difference mode passband can be improved by loading slot line in the cavity. At last, the SIW double pass band balance filter is designed, and a common-mode suppression modified SIW double pass band balance filter is proposed. The results of simulation and test are very ideal. At the same time, the design methods of HMSIW high selectivity balanced filter and double pass band balanced filter are proposed. Because the TEl02 mode field distribution of the HMSIW structure is similar to that of the SIW cavity TE102 mode field distribution, it also has the ability to transmit the differential mode signal and suppress the common-mode signal. Therefore, a balanced filter based on HMSIW is proposed, and then the high passband selectivity and double pass band characteristics are realized by loading slot line and EBG structure, respectively. The size of the filter is greatly reduced by this design method, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.
