基于芳香稠环的新型有机场效应晶体管材料的合成与性能研究

【摘要】:晶体管自发明开始便一直引导着人类信息与通信技术的进步。现今市场上主流晶体管主要是无机硅基晶体管,但其技术成本高,工艺较为复杂,给工业化生产带来了困难。有机场效应晶体管(OFET)是以无机半导体三极管为基础,使用有机半导体为材料而发展起来的新一代电子器件。在有机半导体中,聚合物半导体材料具有非常优秀的光学和电学性能,它们通常具有很好的成膜性和柔韧性,这使得它们在大面积柔性器件上也有很好的发展前景。为了进一步提高器件性能,研究者们需要发展更多类型的新材料,尤其是含缺电子的芳香基的材料,并深入理解其结构与性能的关系。本论文的主要内容:1.合成了一系列以NDI为核的金属共轭聚合物(P1-P3)和二聚体(D1-D2),并对其结构和性能进行了表征。这些有机半导体材料都具有优良的溶解性、成膜性和热稳定性。光谱吸收覆盖紫外-可见光区,金属聚合物和二聚体的光学带隙在1.46 eV-1.68 eV之间。研究表明:随着噻吩环增加,有利于光谱吸收拓宽。但是随着聚合物共轭链延长的同时,可能导致了聚合物链段的规整性的降低。2.合成了一系列NDI为核的有机共轭聚合物(B1,B2,T1,T2),并对其结构性能进行了研究和表征。这些聚合物都有良好的溶解性和热稳定性(分解温度都在400℃以上)。它们的光学带隙范围在1.41 eV到1.59 eV之间,属一类窄带隙聚合物,带隙的变化趋势与NDI金属聚合物一致。3.合成了新型的含卟啉和N-稠合傒基团的小分子S1,并对其性能结构进行了测试。S1有较好的热稳定性,分解温度超过300℃。其摩尔吸光系数为2.9×105 M-1cm-1,波普吸收覆盖300 nm~800 nm,且500 nm-800 nm波段也有较强的吸收。预期该小分子可应用于制备高性能的OFET和OPV。
[Abstract]:Transistors have been leading the progress of human information and communication technology since the invention of the transistor. At present, the main transistor in the market is mainly inorganic silicon based transistor, but its technical cost is high and the process is more complicated, which brings difficulties to industrial production. The airfield effect transistor (OFET) is a new generation of electronic devices based on the inorganic semiconductor transistor and using organic semiconductor as the material. In organic semiconductors, polymer semiconductors have excellent optical and electrical properties, and they usually have good film forming and flexibility, which makes them have a good development prospect in large area flexible devices. In order to further improve the performance of the devices, researchers need to develop more types of new materials, especially those containing aromatic groups lacking electrons, and understand the relationship between the structure and properties. The main content of this thesis is 1: 1. A series of metal conjugated polymers (P1-P3) and dimer (D1-D2) with NDI as core were synthesized and characterized. These organic semiconductor materials have excellent solubility, film forming and thermal stability. The optical band gap of metal polymer and dimer is between 1. 46 eV-1.68 eV and 1. 46 eV-1.68 eV. The results show that with the increase of thiophene ring, the absorption of thiophene can be widened. However, with the prolongation of conjugated chain, the regularity of polymer segment may decrease. 2. A series of organic conjugated polymers (B _ 1 / B _ (2) T _ (1) T _ (2) with NDI as nucleus were synthesized, and their structure and properties were studied and characterized.
