新型平面无源EMI滤波器寄生参数消除技术研究

【摘要】:开关电源频率越来越高,分立EMI滤波器体积较大,其中的寄生电感、寄生电容参数在一定程度上干扰了电路的高频特性,其中高频特性是较严重的电磁干扰,其中EMI滤波器消除作用将在一定程度上降低开关电源的高频特性。本文研究的EMI滤波器结构采用分立结构集成而成,从减小体积和提高功率密度的角度提出了增加电感线圈的方式来减小元件的寄生参数的影响,并用PSpice仿真软件对等效模型参数进行仿真研究,同时进行试验样机验证分析,通过分析可知,该型结构滤波器寄生参数较低,在工程上满足一定要求,能获得较高的高频性能,元件体积也大幅较少。主要工作可概括为:(1)首先介绍了EMI滤波器在电力电子发展中的相关应用研究背景以及平面集成EMI滤波器发展状况的概述。(2)其次利用磁路分析法原理,分别分析该电感集成EMI滤波器的消除原理分析,建立了二端口网络理论和等效电路模型,提出该模型参数的消除原理和消除方法,并利用电磁场有限元计算和实验测试方法提取了电磁参数,推导得到了插入损耗计算公式,得到该模型插入损耗曲线,并进行实验验证分析研究。(3)研究了该特殊结构的差共模电感EMI滤波器平面化结构,得到平面化集成化插入电感电路的集成化结构,利用该平面无源集成方法,制作了试验样机,仿真结果和实验分析证明该滤波电路寄生参数消除方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The frequency of switching power supply is getting higher and higher, and the discrete EMI filter is larger in size. The parasitic inductance and parasitic capacitance parameters interfere with the high frequency characteristic of the circuit to some extent, among which the high frequency characteristic is the serious electromagnetic interference. The elimination of EMI filter will reduce the high frequency characteristic of switching power supply to some extent. The structure of EMI filter studied in this paper is integrated with discrete structure. In order to reduce the influence of parasitic parameters of the element, the way of increasing inductance coil is put forward in order to reduce the volume and increase the power density. PSpice simulation software is used to simulate the equivalent model parameters. At the same time, the experimental prototype is verified and analyzed. Through the analysis, it can be known that the parasitic parameters of this type of structural filter are lower, meet certain requirements in engineering, and can obtain higher high frequency performance. Components are also substantially smaller in volume. The main work can be summarized as follows: (1) the background of the application of EMI filter in power electronics development and the development of planar integrated EMI filter are introduced. (2) secondly, the principle of magnetic circuit analysis is used. The elimination principle of the inductor integrated EMI filter is analyzed, the two-port network theory and equivalent circuit model are established, and the elimination principle and method of the model parameters are presented. The electromagnetic parameters are extracted by means of finite element calculation and experimental test of electromagnetic field. The formula of insertion loss is derived, and the insertion loss curve of the model is obtained. Experimental verification and analysis are carried out. (3) the planar structure of the differential common-mode inductor EMI filter with special structure is studied, and the integrated structure of the planar integrated insertion inductor circuit is obtained, and the planar passive integration method is used. The experimental prototype is made and the simulation results and experimental analysis prove the effectiveness of the method of eliminating parasitic parameters of the filter circuit.
