基于OMAP-L138的多协议专用读写器的设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the development of technology, the security of IC card has been paid more and more attention at the same time, and the security analysis of IC card has become one of the research hotspots. Among them, side channel attack is one of the most important methods of IC card security analysis. The purpose of this paper is to design a multi-protocol special reader which can be used to collect information on the edge of IC card, including a contact-type smart card reader based on ISO7816 protocol and a contactless smart card reader based on ISO14443 protocol, and accomplishes the power consumption information. Acquisition and processing of electromagnetic radiation information. This paper first describes the background and significance of the research work, then introduces the current research situation of the security detection reader at home and abroad, and then introduces the relevant theories of the reader system, mainly including the ISO7816 protocol. ISO14443 protocol, radio frequency identification principle and edge information acquisition technology. Then the circuit design of the special reader system based on OMAP-L138 is completed. Firstly, the design of the reader system is given, and then the circuit design of the OMAP-L138 system is completed. The design of multi-protocol reader circuit and power measurement system includes contact reader circuit design, non-contact reader circuit design and RF antenna design, among which, multi-protocol reader circuit design includes contact-type reader circuit design, non-contact reader circuit design and RF antenna design. In the design of power consumption measurement system, the power information measurement circuit of contact smart card is designed firstly, and then the power consumption information model of contactless smart card is analyzed. Then the power consumption information acquisition front-end analog filter is designed and the simulation results are given. After the circuit design of the reader system is completed, the hardware of the OMAP-L138 system is tested, and the test results show that the OMAP-L138 system can work normally. Then the software design of the reader system based on OMAP-L138 is carried out. In this part, the overall design of the system software is given, and then the transplantation of the Linux kernel, the software design of the contact reader and the software design of the contactless reader are completed, respectively. Communication interface program design, finally gives the overall implementation of the system software flow. At the end of the paper, the whole reader system is tested. First, the basic functions of contact and contactless readers are tested, and part of the performance of the reader is tested. The test results show that the reader system can complete the universal operation of the smart card. Then, the reader system is used in the power consumption information acquisition platform. The test results show that the reader can meet the design requirements of the side information acquisition special reader, and can be used in the IC card edge information acquisition platform.
