一种辐射量线性可调红外源设计

【摘要】:针对红外辐射源辐射控制问题,设计了一种均匀可调红外辐射源方案。分析了抛物柱面镜的光学特性,给出了抛物柱面镜反射后的辐射模型,并仿真模拟了抛物柱面镜的准直效果,证明了抛物柱面镜具有很好的会聚作用;对比了百叶窗和双向推拉窗的辐射调节效果,推导了双向推拉窗透光面积的变化模型,得到了推拉窗开口宽度与辐射功率之间的线性关系;基于以上研究,设计了均匀可调红外辐射源原理样机,并进行了验证实验,结果证明通过控制推拉窗开口宽度,能够较好的实现对辐射量的均匀控制。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the radiation control problem of infrared radiation source, a uniform and adjustable infrared radiation source scheme is designed. The optical properties of parabolic cylindrical mirror are analyzed, the radiation model after reflection is given, and the collimating effect of parabolic cylindrical mirror is simulated. It is proved that the parabolic cylindrical mirror has a good convergence effect. In this paper, the radiation regulation effects of shutters and push-pull windows are compared, and the variation model of light transmission area of two-way push-pull windows is deduced, and the linear relationship between the width of the window opening and the radiation power is obtained. Based on the above research, a uniform and adjustable infrared radiation source prototype is designed and verified. The results show that the uniform control of radiation amount can be achieved by controlling the width of the opening of the push-pull window.
