【摘要】:核心人才是企业发展的基石,是企业的领军人物。核心人才队伍建设,决定着企业的未来发展和价值。在现实工作中,很多企业不注重核心人才队伍建设,不论是国有企业,还是民营企业,核心人才队伍没有职业规划,职业发展通道不畅,没有有效的业绩评价机制和激励约束机制,所有人才都向管理岗位靠拢,造成千军万马同挤“独木桥”,甚至核心人才大量流失。一方面,企业人满为患,劳动生产率和工作效率低下;另一方面,又严重缺乏企业发展所需要的核心人才和关键人才,现有核心人才的作用又没有得到充分发挥,造成人力资源严重流失和浪费。本文以HK矿业分公司核心人才建设工作为基础,把已经实施、正在实施和将要实施的一系列核心人才建设管理方案作为研究对象,积极研究和探索核心人才管理的职业通道设计、职业规划建设,以及核心人才的聘用、评价、薪酬待遇和培养、激励。通过HK矿业分公司核心人才队伍建设,理顺核心人才职业通道,建立核心人才选拔、竞争、激励、培养和评价机制,充分发挥核心人才的作用,为企业发展奠定坚实的人力资源基础,促进企业转型升级,提高企业在市场中的竞争实力。
[Abstract]:The core talent is the foundation stone of the enterprise development, is the enterprise leader. The construction of core talents determines the future development and value of enterprises. In the actual work, many enterprises do not pay attention to the construction of core talents, whether state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, the core talent team has no career planning, career development channels are not free. Without effective performance evaluation mechanism and incentive and restraint mechanism, all talents are close to management posts, resulting in thousands of troops together with the "one-wood bridge", and even a large loss of core talent. On the one hand, enterprises are overcrowded, labor productivity and work efficiency are low; on the other hand, there is a serious lack of core and key talents needed for the development of enterprises, and the role of existing core talents is not given full play. Resulting in serious loss of human resources and waste. Based on the core talent construction work of HK Mining Branch, this paper takes a series of core talent construction management schemes that have been implemented, are being implemented and will be implemented as the research object. Actively research and explore the core talent management career channel design, career planning and construction, as well as core talent recruitment, evaluation, salary treatment and training, incentive. Through the construction of the core talents team of HK Mining Branch, straightening out the professional channels of the core talents, establishing the selection, competition, encouragement, training and evaluation mechanism of the core talents, and giving full play to the role of the core talents, To lay a solid human resource foundation for the development of enterprises, to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and to enhance the competitive strength of enterprises in the market.
