地球深部的不混溶金属熔体:来自火山岩中碳硅石的记录(英文)

  碳硅石(SiC)以捕掳晶形式产于玄武质和金伯利质岩石中,为揭示深部地幔的C-H-O相互作用提供了新的窗口.碳硅石仅能稳定于氧逸度(fO2)<?IW-6的条件,而岩石圈地幔及相关熔体却更加氧化.本研究发现玄武质火山碎屑岩和金伯利岩中的碳硅石包含由Si0+Fe3Si7±FeSi2Ti±CaSi2Al2±FeSi2Al3±CaSi2构成的金属包裹体,其形态特征表明它们是捕获的熔体.碳硅石还包含具有结晶学取向且附存H2+CH4±CO2±CO的气体空洞.这些观察表明碳硅石结晶于含有还原性C-H-O组分的金属熔体(Si-Fe-Ti-C±Al±Ca),富集于岩石圈-软流圈、地壳-地幔这样的界面.当镁铁质-超镁铁质岩浆被持续注入H2+CH4时,岩浆逐步被还原,直至硅化物熔...
