基于高分辨率遥感影像的赤峰市红山区城市建筑容积率的估算
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening-up, China's urbanization process has been accelerating, more and more rural people are pouring into cities, the number of urban population is increasing, land resources are becoming scarce, and urban construction and development are facing enormous challenges. With the continuous development of remote sensing technology, the appearance of high-resolution images has opened up a new method and means for estimating the building volume ratio, which fills in the building volume ratio of remote sensing technology. Compared with traditional methods, remote sensing has the advantages of short calculation time, large coverage and strong feasibility. It can save a lot of manpower and material resources and make full use of remote sensing data. For multi-storey and high-rise buildings, the shadow information of buildings is extracted. Combined with the actual survey data, the shadow area of buildings and the total area of buildings investigated are regressed to get the regression model, and then the building volume ratio of multi-storey and high-rise buildings in the whole study area is calculated. Because of the low height of buildings, it is difficult to extract the shadow area. Therefore, it is impossible to estimate the building volume rate by the shadow area, but according to the actual survey data, the general rules are summarized and applied to the whole study area of the bungalow area. It is of theoretical value to provide decision support services such as physical planning and urban development.
