基于GIS地震预警信息发布系统研究

【摘要】:地震发生之后,在破坏性地震波到达之前,通过台站监测地震波信号,估计地震参数,并及时将地震预警信息进行发布,是实现减轻地震损失、减少人员伤亡的有效手段。本文主要归纳了目前国内外主要的地震动强度(烈度)衰减规律,建立了基于地震动衰减模型的地震动强度(烈度)估计模块;设计了地震预警信息发布系统架构及数据库结构,针对伪多线程、时态GIS、地图偏移修正等实现技术进行了研究,实现了地震预警信息发布系统多平台、准实时信息发布功能。论文的主要内容可以概括为: (1)在归纳了目前国内外主要的地震动强度(烈度)衰减规律基础上,建立了基于地震动衰减模型的地震动强度(烈度)估计模块,实现了震源—基岩—场地表面的地震动强度(烈度)估计。该模块输入地震三要素之后,结合V数据层、断层数据等,能够快速的得到预警服务区域的估计地震动强度(烈度)。 (2)根据地震预警示范系统需求,设计了地震预警信息发布系统架构及数据库结构,确定了系统的各功能模块,及它们之间的接口。基于Java语言实现了地震预警信息发布系统的PC平台、移动平台、网站平台,能够及时的将地震发生时间、震中位置、震级、破坏性地震波估计达到时间、估计地震动强度(烈度)等地震预警信息推送给地震预警服务对象。 (3)地震预警信息发布系统实现过程中研究了一些关键技术,针对浏览器单线程的特性,研究了伪多线程技术,实现了在浏览器上进行预警信息监听的同时,对地震波传播过程进行模拟。针对地震预警重现功能,研究了时态GIS技术,,并基于ArcGIS平台,实现了对地震过程或预警过程的重现。针对百度地图的坐标偏移,研究了电子坐标偏移地图修正技术,实现了地震信息在百度地图上的正确显示。
[Abstract]:After the earthquake occurs, before the destructive seismic wave arrives, monitoring the seismic wave signal through the station, estimating the seismic parameter, and issuing the earthquake warning information in time are the effective means to reduce the earthquake loss and reduce the casualties. In this paper, the main attenuation laws of ground motion intensity (intensity) at home and abroad are summarized, and the estimation module of ground motion intensity (intensity) based on ground motion attenuation model is established. This paper designs the structure of earthquake warning information publishing system and database structure, studies the realization technology of pseudo-multithreading, temporal GIS, map offset correction and so on, realizes the multi-platform and quasi-real-time information release function of earthquake warning information publishing system. The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows: (1) on the basis of summarizing the main attenuation laws of ground motion intensity (intensity) at home and abroad, a seismic intensity (intensity) estimation module based on ground motion attenuation model is established. The earthquake source-bedrock-site surface seismic intensity (intensity) estimation is realized. After the input of three elements of earthquake, combined with V data layer, fault data and so on, the module can quickly get the estimated earthquake intensity (intensity) in the early warning service area. (2) according to the requirement of the earthquake warning demonstration system, the structure of the system and the database structure are designed, and the function modules of the system and the interface between them are determined. Based on the Java language, the PC platform, mobile platform and website platform of the earthquake warning information publishing system are implemented, which can estimate the time of the earthquake occurrence, the location of the epicenter, the magnitude of the earthquake, and the destructive seismic wave in time. The earthquake warning information such as earthquake intensity (intensity) is sent to the earthquake warning service. (3) some key technologies are studied in the implementation of earthquake warning information release system. According to the characteristics of single thread of browser, pseudo-multithreading technology is studied, and the monitoring of early warning information on browser is realized at the same time. The propagation process of seismic wave is simulated. According to the function of earthquake warning and reproducing, the temporal GIS technology is studied, and based on the ArcGIS platform, the recurrence of earthquake process or early warning process is realized. Aiming at the coordinate migration of Baidu map, this paper studies the correction technology of electronic coordinate migration map, and realizes the correct display of seismic information on Baidu map.
