大功率柴油机蠕墨铸铁活塞环研制

【摘要】:蠕墨铸铁作为近年来的新型工程材料,由于其在耐磨性、强度、导热性、抗热疲劳性上具有很大优势,制成的发动机零件具有体积小、强度高、耗能少等优点,在包括动力设备关键零件等领域具有良好的发展前途。 本文围绕解决活塞环的材料选用及活塞环的产品质量展开。通过对活塞环选用的材料RuT350进行熔炼工艺研究,采用12Kg中频感应电炉熔炼蠕铁,得出稳定合理的铸态蠕墨铸铁活塞环的熔炼工艺。通过改变蠕化时间和添加合金元素A1研究其对提高薄壁蠕墨铸铁件的蠕化率的效果。对活塞环进行实际浇注并测试其性能效果,得到了较好的实验效果,生产出了合格的蠕墨铸铁活塞环。实验得出的结论如下: (1)在使用含硫量低的特级生铁时,12Kg中频电炉的蠕墨铸铁蠕化处理工艺是:蠕化剂使用量(0.45%),蠕化时间(30s),出铁温度(1560℃),浇注温度(1410℃)。 (2)本试验条件下,蠕化时间35s时蠕化效果最佳。 (3)A1加入量0.5%时蠕化效果最佳,壁厚10mm以下蠕化率提高20%-40%1壁厚10mm以上,蠕化率增加不明显。 (4)在蠕墨铸铁断面小于10mm时,蠕墨铸铁存在组织不均匀性较高。壁厚大于10mm时蠕墨铸铁组织不均匀性较低。
[Abstract]:Vermicular graphite cast iron as a new engineering material in recent years, because of its wear resistance, strength, thermal conductivity, thermal fatigue resistance has a great advantage, the engine parts made of small volume, high strength, less energy consumption and so on. It has a good development prospect in the fields including power equipment key parts and so on. The material selection of piston ring and the product quality of piston ring are discussed in this paper. Through the study of melting technology of RuT350, a 12kg medium frequency induction furnace is used to smelt vermicular iron. The stable and reasonable melting process of cast graphite cast iron piston ring is obtained. By changing the vermicular time and adding alloy element A1, the effect of improving vermicular rate of thin wall vermicular graphite cast iron is studied. The practical pouring of piston ring is carried out. And test its performance effect. Good experimental results were obtained and qualified vermicular graphite cast iron piston rings were produced.
