基于发动机曲轴磨损量的主动再制造时机分析方法

【摘要】:当前我国仍处于加快工业化进程的阶段,经济与社会的快速发展对资源能耗具有极高的依赖性。如何在保持经济社会稳定良好发展的同时节省自然资源和减少环境排放成为推进工业化进程中的一大棘手问题,因此在工业大环境处于这种困境中再制造产业就具有极大的发展潜力。 本文在国家自然科学基金重点项目的支持下,开展关于发动机的主动再制造最佳时机抉择的研究。针对目前如何确定发动机再制造时机的问题,避免发生“提前再制造”和“过度使用再制造”现象,提出了基于曲轴磨损量变化的主动再制造时机选择评价模型。阐述了主动再制造的核心理念,明确了主动再制造与普通再制造之间的区别。对曲轴在工作当中出现的偏磨现象进行分析,得到服役时间与曲轴连杆轴颈磨损关系函数。从产品的全生命周期的角度分析了发动机的能耗和环境排放影响因素,通过建立含轴颈磨损间隙的内燃机虚拟仿真模型,得到含磨损间隙的内燃机机构动态特性响应,并得到了在不同磨损值时发动机服役过程对应的能耗大小。运用遗传算法多目标优化方法对年均能耗-平均环境因素进行优化求解,得到考虑能耗及环境两因素下的发动机最佳主动再制造时间。最后以某型号的单缸柴油机为例,将连杆轴颈的磨损作为参量,得到了在特定工况下的发动机主动再制造时间点,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, China is still in the stage of speeding up the process of industrialization. The rapid development of economy and society is highly dependent on energy consumption of resources. How to save natural resources and reduce environmental emissions while maintaining stable and good economic and social development has become a thorny problem in the process of industrialization. Therefore, in the industrial environment in this dilemma, the re-manufacturing industry has a great potential for development. With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, this paper has carried out a study on the optimal timing of active remanufacturing of engine, aiming at the problem of how to determine the timing of engine remanufacturing. To avoid the phenomenon of "early remanufacturing" and "overuse remanufacturing", an evaluation model of active remanufacturing opportunity selection based on the change of crankshaft wear volume is put forward, and the core idea of active remanufacturing is expounded. The difference between active remanufacturing and ordinary remanufacturing is made clear. The phenomenon of eccentric wear of crankshaft in work is analyzed. The relationship function between service time and wear of crankshaft and connecting rod is obtained. From the point of view of the whole life cycle of the product, the influence factors of engine energy consumption and environmental emissions are analyzed, and the virtual simulation model of internal combustion engine with journal wear clearance is established. The dynamic response of internal combustion engine mechanism with wear clearance is obtained. The energy consumption corresponding to the engine service process with different wear values is obtained. The genetic algorithm multi-objective optimization method is used to optimize the annual energy consumption and average environmental factors. The optimal active remanufacturing time of the engine considering energy consumption and environment is obtained. Finally, taking a single cylinder diesel engine as an example, the wear of the connecting rod journal is taken as the parameter, and the active remanufacturing time point of the engine under specific working conditions is obtained. The validity and feasibility of the method are verified.
