紧凑型液冷散热器的实验研究

【摘要】:提出了一种作用于功率器件的紧凑型液冷散热器,特点为构建了一个带有旋桨式搅拌器的密封腔,能够通过电机驱动叶片搅拌冷却水形成流场以加强传热。为验证该散热器的效果,搭建了实验平台并设计了与模型外形尺寸相同的实心热沉进行对比。通过调整热源工作功率得到不同的温度-时间曲线,当热源输入功率为116 W、室温为27℃时,相比于实心热沉,使用紧凑型液冷散热器的热源温度降低8.7℃。
[Abstract]:A compact liquid cooling radiator acting on power devices is proposed, which is characterized by the construction of a sealed chamber with a propeller agitator. The flow field can be formed by stirring the cooling water through the motor driving blade to enhance the heat transfer. To verify the effect of the radiator, The experimental platform is built and the solid heat sink with the same shape is designed and compared with the model.
