汽轮机内湿汽损失定量评估研究进展

【摘要】:汽轮机内汽液两相非平衡凝结、两相间的速度差异、叶片表面形成水膜等均会引起湿汽损失,从而导致机组效率下降和叶片水蚀损坏。对此,本文通过分析比较国内外湿汽损失评估的研究进展,总结了现有的研究方法和目前存在的问题,讨论了湿汽损失系数的影响因素,并对其进行修正。结果表明:湿汽损失可分为热力学损失、水滴阻力损失、制动损失、疏水损失、离心损失和汽轮机出口损失,热力学损失占湿汽损失的80%以上,水滴阻力损失和制动损失所占比例较小;机组类型、盐分含量、运行工况等因素均会对湿汽损失系数产生影响。湿汽损失定量评估为汽轮机通流部分的设计和改造提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:The non-equilibrium condensation of steam and liquid in steam turbine, the velocity difference between the two phases and the formation of water film on the blade surface will all cause the wet steam loss, which will lead to the decrease of the unit efficiency and the water erosion damage of the blade. By analyzing and comparing the research progress of wet steam loss assessment at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the existing research methods and existing problems, and discusses the influencing factors of wet steam loss coefficient. The results show that the wet steam loss can be divided into thermodynamic loss, water drop resistance loss, braking loss, hydrophobic loss, centrifugal loss and steam turbine outlet loss, and the thermodynamic loss accounts for more than 80% of the wet steam loss. The proportion of drop resistance loss and braking loss is small; Unit type, salt content, The quantitative evaluation of wet steam loss provides a theoretical reference for the design and transformation of steam turbine flow passage.
