超临界压力下竖直管内水的传热关系式研究

【摘要】:超临界压力下水的管内传热计算在诸多领域有广泛的应用,如火力发电与水冷反应堆等。由于实验数据与关系式数量的局限,现有关于超临界压力下水的管内传热关系式的评价结果差别很大,这给选择合适的关系式带来困难。从13篇现有文献获得了5366组超临界水竖直管内传热实验数据,将其按不同传热区域进行分类,并与27个现有关系式进行对比,结果发现,曾提出的关系式对于所有实验数据的平均绝对误差为5.4%,且为各个传热区域的最佳关系式,大大提高了对超临界水竖直管内传热计算的精度。研究表明,综合考虑物性修正和密度变化带来的浮升力效应能够显著改善关系式的预测性能。
[Abstract]:The heat transfer of supercritical pressure water pipe calculation has been widely used in many fields, such as thermal power and water reactors. Because the number of experimental data and the relation between the limitations of the existing of supercritical pressure water in tube heat transfer and the relation between the evaluation results vary greatly, it is difficult to choose the appropriate formula. 5366 groups of supercritical water in vertical pipe heat transfer experiment data obtained from 13 articles of the existing literature, according to the different heat transfer area are classified and compared, and 27 existing relationships were found between the mean absolute error was proposed for all the experimental data is 5.4%, and the best relationship between each heat transfer area the type, which greatly improves the calculation of heat transfer of supercritical water in vertical pipe precision. The results show that the buoyancy effect considering the modified physical properties and density changes can significantly improve the relationship between the pre Test performance.
