液压自由活塞柴油机的做功影响因素分析

【摘要】:在研制的二冲程单活塞式液压自由活塞柴油机(HFPDE)原理样机试验平台上,通过对发动机压缩膨胀过程中活塞的受力情况的分析,得出了影响HFPDE指示功大小的主要因素为燃油预喷油量、燃油开始喷射时活塞的位置以及排气门开启时刻。为分析这些影响因素对HFPDE做功的影响规律,研究了不同喷油时刻及预喷油量对循环指示功的影响,发现燃油开始喷射时刻对HFPDE的指示功影响主要来源于压缩过程中活塞速度的波动。在工作压力为25 MPa工况下,预喷油量对循环指示功的影响主要表现为上止点的变化。展开不同排气门开启位置对HFPDE做功的影响规律研究,研究结果发现:排气门开启时刻越早,对应的平均指示压力越低,最终降低了发动机的热效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the experimental platform of two stroke single piston hydraulic free piston diesel engine with HFPDE, the stress of the piston in the process of compression and expansion of the engine is analyzed. It is concluded that the main factors affecting the HFPDE indicating work are the fuel pre-injection amount, the position of the piston and the opening time of the exhaust valve at the beginning of fuel injection. In order to analyze the influence of these factors on the work of HFPDE, the influence of different injection time and pre-injection rate on the cycle indicator work was studied. It is found that the influence of fuel injection start time on HFPDE is mainly due to the fluctuation of piston velocity during compression. Under the working pressure of 25 MPa, the effect of pre-injection on the cycle indicator work is mainly the change of up-and-down point. The effect of different opening position of exhaust valve on HFPDE work is studied. The results show that the earlier the opening time of exhaust valve is, the lower the corresponding mean indicating pressure is, and the thermal efficiency of engine is reduced finally.
