基于能量协调控制的混合储能系统容量配置方法

【摘要】:为了平滑离网光伏发电系统中源荷之间功率差的随机波动,提出了一种适用于混合储能系统中不同储能介质之间充放电功率分配的能量协调控制策略。该策略依据不同储能介质的实时荷电状态,结合最大可能充放电时间,令超级电容器优先充放电,当达到其充放电极限时,再控制蓄电池进行充放电。在此基础上根据全寿命周期理论,考虑实时荷电状态、负荷缺电率和系统自主运行能力等约束,建立混合储能系统容量配置优化模型。利用改进粒子群算法对算例进行求解分析,并与单一蓄电池储能进行比较,验证能量协调控制策略的有效性和容量配置优化模型的正确性。
[Abstract]:In order to smooth the random fluctuation of power difference between source loads in off-grid photovoltaic power generation system, a coordinated energy control strategy is proposed, which is suitable for charging and discharging power distribution among different energy storage media in hybrid energy storage system. According to the real time charge state of different energy storage medium and the maximum possible charge / discharge time, the supercapacitor is preferentially charged and discharged. When the limit of charge and discharge is reached, the battery is then controlled to charge and discharge. On the basis of the whole life cycle theory, the optimal model of capacity configuration of hybrid energy storage system is established considering the constraints of real time charge state, load power shortage rate and system independent operation ability. The improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the problem and compare it with the single storage battery to verify the effectiveness of the energy coordination control strategy and the correctness of the capacity allocation optimization model.
