浅析管壳式废热锅炉外壁温度理论与实际偏差原因

【摘要】:分析了管壳式废热锅炉在运行时外壁实测温度与理论计算值存在较大偏差的原因,指出了设备隔热耐磨衬里层的金属锚固钉导热对外壁温度的影响尤为重要。另外,设备外部环境温度的变化,耐火材料本身热导率的偏差,耐火衬里层结构的偏差或施工过程中发生的诸如过度振捣引起的材料热导率偏差等都是不容忽视的因素。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the reasons for the deviation between the measured temperature of the outer wall of the tube and shell type waste heat boiler in operation and the theoretical calculation value, and points out that the influence of the heat conduction of the metal anchor nail on the temperature of the outer wall of the equipment heat insulation and wear resistant lining layer is particularly important. In addition, the temperature change in the external environment of the equipment, the deviation of the thermal conductivity of the refractory itself, the deviation of the structure of the refractory lining or the deviation of the thermal conductivity of the material caused by excessive vibration during construction are all factors that can not be ignored.
