活塞稳态温度与柴油机运行工况的关系研究

【摘要】:利用存储式活塞稳态温度测试系统,基于负荷特性曲线,对连续工况下活塞稳态温度进行测量.综合分析测试数据,分别对9个和25个工况点活塞温度用二次多项式进行拟合,计算了中间工况下活塞温度.结果表明:活塞温度分别随转速与扭矩的增加而呈现明显增加趋势;二次多项式拟合方法能有效获得中间工况活塞温度,满足大多数工况下的工程计算精度要求,可用于预测未知工况下的活塞稳态温度.利用该方法可有效获得部分负荷工况下活塞的稳态温度,也可为缸内三维燃烧和排放的活塞侧边界条件的获取提供支持.
[Abstract]:Based on the load characteristic curve, the steady state temperature of piston under continuous working condition is measured by using the storage piston steady state temperature measurement system. The piston temperature of 9 and 25 working conditions was fitted with quadratic polynomial to calculate the piston temperature in intermediate working condition. The results show that the piston temperature increases obviously with the increase of rotational speed and torque, and the quadratic polynomial fitting method can effectively obtain the intermediate piston temperature and meet the requirements of engineering calculation accuracy under most working conditions. It can be used to predict the steady state temperature of piston under unknown operating conditions. By using this method, the steady state temperature of the piston under partial load condition can be obtained effectively, and it can also provide support for obtaining the piston side boundary conditions of combustion and discharge in cylinder.
