某型铁基粉锻连杆疲劳性能研究

【摘要】:本文以某粉末冶金公司自主研发试制的铁基粉锻连杆为对象,研究采用新工艺、新材料生产的高致密轻量化连杆的疲劳性能,找出铁基粉锻连杆在结构、原料化学成分及配比、加工工序等方面存在的问题,为粉锻连杆规模化生产提供参考依据。通过拉伸性能试验,研究了不同Cu含量对连杆力学性能的影响,并由此确定了用于疲劳试验的铁基粉锻连杆的成分配比。根据循环对称载荷下的疲劳试验数据,得到了双坐标坐标下S-N曲线的拟合直线,并计算得到了S-N曲线方程表达式,同时预估了疲劳极限;通过恒平均载荷下的疲劳试验,初步判定了压载荷下连杆的疲劳极限;统计了疲劳断裂的位置,从而得知了粉锻连杆容易发生断裂的部位;分析了疲劳断口,从宏观和微观上对疲劳破坏机理进行了研究;依据发动机运行工况下连杆的受力分析,结合疲劳试验结果,对连杆进行了静强度分析,得到了两种工况下的应力分布云图;基于试验S-N曲线和静力分析的基础,进行了连杆组件疲劳仿真分析,得到了恒幅载荷下的疲劳寿命云图、安全系数云图和变幅载荷下的损伤云图,并和试验结果做了对比。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the fatigue properties of a high-density lightweight connecting rod manufactured by a powder metallurgy company, which is manufactured by a new technology and new material, are studied. The structure, chemical composition and proportion of the iron based powder forging rod are found out. The problems in processing procedure provide reference for mass production of powder forging connecting rod. The effect of Cu content on the mechanical properties of connecting rod was studied by tensile test, and the composition ratio of iron based powder forging connecting rod for fatigue test was determined. According to the fatigue test data under cyclic symmetric load, the fitting line of S-N curve under double coordinates is obtained, the expression of S-N curve equation is calculated, and the fatigue limit is predicted. The fatigue limit of connecting rod under compression load is preliminarily determined, the position of fatigue fracture is calculated, and the position of fracture of powder forging connecting rod is obtained, the fatigue fracture surface is analyzed, and the fatigue failure mechanism is studied from macroscopic and microscopic point of view. According to the stress analysis of the connecting rod under the engine operating condition and the fatigue test results, the static strength analysis of the connecting rod is carried out, and the stress distribution cloud diagram under two working conditions is obtained, which is based on the test S-N curve and the static analysis. The fatigue simulation analysis of the connecting rod assembly is carried out, and the fatigue life cloud diagram, the safety factor cloud diagram and the damage cloud diagram under variable amplitude load are obtained under constant amplitude load, and the results are compared with the experimental results.
