有机朗肯循环余热回收技术

【摘要】:正据《Motor Ship》2014年4月刊报道,法国Enertime公司已经研制了余热回收和发电用的船用有机朗肯循环系统,最多能使燃料消耗减少10%。与蒸汽动力循环一样,有机朗肯循环系统利用热量蒸发流体。产生的蒸汽在涡轮内膨胀,产生机械能。后然该流体(Enertime所采用流体是HFC-24fa)冷凝并泵入闭式循环。有机朗肯循环和蒸汽动力循环的主要差别是其使用具有较低沸点的有机流体,从而能够利用更低温度的热源。
[Abstract]:The French company Enertime has developed a marine organic Rankine circulatory system for waste heat recovery and power generation, which can reduce fuel consumption by up to 10 percent, according to the April 2014 issue. As with the steam power cycle, the organic Rankine cycle system uses heat evaporating fluids. The resulting steam expands in the turbine, generating mechanical energy. The fluid (Enertime fluid is HFC-24fa) is condensed and pumped into a closed cycle. The main difference between the organic Rankine cycle and the steam power cycle is that it uses organic fluids with lower boiling points, thus making use of lower temperature heat sources.
