嵌入式生产设备中的优化节能控制研究与仿真

【摘要】:由于嵌入式设备与设备之间的控制过程很难形成固定顺序,导致在设备控制的过程中,一旦设备控制顺序不孤单,会导致传统的静态节能控制方法无法把握准确的控制规律,出现控制偏差,能耗较大。提出改进小波包变换的嵌入式节能控制方法。将系统控制中的优化节能问题转换为一个动态优化问题,并且与常规的控制回路相结合,以系统中一个时期内的累积费用最小为目标函数,在满足常规控制回路的同时,设定节能控制的上下限,求解出最佳优化控制节能函数,完成了系统控制中优化节能。仿真结果表明,改进小波包变换算法的嵌入式控制中的优化节能设计方法有效的避免了能量的损耗,达到了高效节能控制的目的。
[Abstract]:Because it is difficult to form a fixed sequence between embedded devices and devices, once the control sequence of equipment is not lonely, the traditional static energy saving control method can not grasp the accurate control law. There is a control deviation, the energy consumption is large. An embedded energy saving control method based on improved wavelet packet transform is proposed. The optimization and energy saving problem in system control is transformed into a dynamic optimization problem, and combined with the conventional control loop, the minimum cumulative cost in a period of the system is taken as the objective function, and the conventional control loop is satisfied at the same time. The upper and lower limits of the energy saving control are set, and the optimal energy saving function of the optimal control is solved, and the optimal energy saving in the system control is completed. Simulation results show that the improved wavelet packet transform algorithm in the embedded control optimization energy-saving design method effectively avoid the loss of energy and achieve the purpose of efficient energy-saving control.
