恒压变频技术在大型低速二冲程柴油机试车系统中的应用

【摘要】:过去大型低速二冲程柴油机试车系统燃油、滑油以及冷却水等的压力恒定主要通过泵的增减切换、阀门的开度控制来实现,存在操作不方便,可靠性低、能源浪费等问题。近年来随着电力电子技术及自动化控制技术的高速发展,设计一种更方便、更可靠、更节能的恒压控制系统成为可能。针对上面所描述的问题,本文设计了一种恒压变频控制系统,主要由泵、变频器、软启动器、PLC、压力变送器、PID控制器等组成。此系统工作原理是通过压力变送器对实际压力的反馈、经过PID控制器的运算,通过PLC控制泵的增减切换及通过变频器控制泵的转速变化来改变系统的流量,从而实现压力恒定。本文首先分析了恒压变频控制的原理,对恒压变频的几种方案进行了分析和选择,并基于选择的方案分析了恒压变频的运行过程;接着详细介绍了恒压变频系统的硬件结构;最后对恒压变频系统的软件设计进行了分析和说明。本恒压变频控制系统是针对大型低速二冲程柴油机试车系统设计的,经过现场调试和运行表明本系统控制效果良好,其恒压控制思想可以推广运用到试车系统温度、液位恒定的控制中去。
[Abstract]:In the past, the constant pressure of fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water of large low-speed two-stroke diesel engine was mainly realized by changing the pump and opening the valve. There were some problems such as inconvenient operation, low reliability, energy waste and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics and automation control technology, it is possible to design a more convenient, more reliable, more energy saving constant voltage control system. Aiming at the problems described above, this paper designs a constant voltage frequency conversion control system, which consists of pump, inverter, soft starter, PLC, pressure transmitter, PID controller and so on. The working principle of the system is to change the flow rate of the system through the feedback of the pressure transmitter to the actual pressure, the operation of the PID controller, the change of the increase or decrease of the pump through the PLC control and the change of the speed of the pump by the frequency converter, so as to realize the constant pressure. This paper first analyzes the principle of constant voltage frequency conversion control, analyzes and selects several schemes of constant voltage frequency conversion, and analyzes the running process of constant voltage frequency conversion based on the selected scheme, and then introduces the hardware structure of constant voltage frequency conversion system in detail. Finally, the software design of constant voltage frequency conversion system is analyzed and explained. The constant pressure frequency conversion control system is designed for the test run system of large low speed two stroke diesel engine. The field debugging and operation show that the control effect of this system is good, and its constant pressure control idea can be popularized to test system temperature.
