风箱-炉膛差压测量及补偿计算建议

【摘要】:在锅炉风烟系统中,大多数差压测量均无需对取压管路空气柱静差压进行补偿,但在测量风箱-炉膛差压时,变送器两侧取压点在垂直方向上跨越的距离较大,取压管内空气柱静差压与实际测量差压数量级相同,因此,必须对测量结果进行补偿。但是,目前的风箱炉膛差压测量系统均未引入空气柱静差压的补偿,从而导致该差压的表盘显示值比设计值偏低较多,使运行人员误认为未能建立起正常的风箱炉膛差压,而采取错误的运行操作措施。建议尽快引入风箱炉膛差压的补偿计算,以便为运行人员提供准确的监控信息。
[Abstract]:In the boiler air smoke system, most differential pressure measurements do not need to compensate the static differential pressure of the air column in the pipeline, but when measuring the differential pressure between the bellows and the furnace, the pressure points on both sides of the transmitter span a large distance in the vertical direction. The static differential pressure of the air column in the pressure pipe is the same as the actual measured differential pressure, so the measurement results must be compensated. However, none of the current bellows furnace differential pressure measurement systems have introduced the compensation of the static differential pressure of the air column, which leads to the fact that the dial display value of the differential pressure is much lower than the designed value, which makes the operator mistake that the normal differential pressure of the bellows furnace can not be established. Take the wrong operation measures. It is suggested that compensation calculation of bellows furnace differential pressure should be introduced as soon as possible in order to provide accurate monitoring information for operators.
