燃煤发电机组低NO_x排放控制技术存在问题分析

【摘要】:深度低氮燃烧和SCR系统的应用会对锅炉机组的安全经济运行产生一系列的影响。深度低氮燃烧影响锅炉燃烧效率及火焰稳定性、低负荷运行时NO_x排放浓度、蒸汽温度及其控制;SCR系统应用可能导致空气预热器积灰和存在低负荷运行时催化剂失活等问题。对这些问题的机理原因、影响因素和运行影响进行了系统的分析和论述,并对相应的防止和减轻技术措施进行了总结。
[Abstract]:The application of deep low nitrogen combustion and SCR system will have a series of effects on the safe and economical operation of boiler units. Deep low nitrogen combustion affects boiler combustion efficiency and flame stability, NO_x emission concentration, steam temperature and its control during low load operation. The application of SCR system may lead to ash deposition in air preheater and deactivation of catalyst in low load operation. The mechanism, influencing factors and operation effects of these problems are systematically analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding technical measures for prevention and mitigation are summarized.
