对置活塞二冲程柴油机起动过程及轨压最优控制研究

【摘要】:能源危机和环境污染导致了对发动机动力性、经济性和排放性的要求日益严格,新型发动机的研制成为内燃机研究的重点课题。对置活塞二冲程柴油机正是在这种背景下提出的一种新型动力装置,它具有高功率密度、平衡性好、噪声低、燃料适应性强和高度柔性布置等优势。本文所研究的对置活塞二冲程柴油机采用高压共轨燃油系统,高压共轨系统不仅可以实现每缸的两个喷油器喷油量、喷油正时的精确控制,还可以实现喷油压力和喷油率的灵活控制。 本文研究了运用基于模型的状态反馈控制器设计方法,阐述了非线性模型线性化的四种方法并进行了比较;研究了将线性化的状态空间模型进行状态反馈控制器设计的方法,将此方法应用于对置活塞二冲程柴油机的控制策略研究。 综合考虑了对置活塞二冲程柴油机起动快速、平顺、可靠的控制要求,本文建立了面向最优控制算法设计的状态空间模型,分别应用Bang-Bang以及LQR控制算法设计了发动机的起动控制策略,通过Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,,分别验证了两种控制算法的控制效果,结合两种控制算法各自的优势,最终得到对置活塞二冲程柴油机的最优起动过程控制策略,并在对置活塞二冲程柴油机上进行了台架试验验证。 本文研究了对置活塞二冲程柴油机共轨系统的特点及工作原理,依据液体的体积弹性模量理论,将腔体内的燃油作为研究对象,结合发动机实际的共轨系统参数,分别建立了高压泵、共轨及喷油器腔体内的燃油压力数学子模型,依据其工作原理,最终获得对置活塞二冲程柴油机共轨系统的数学模型。运用LPV系统线性化理论,得到系统的状态空间模型,同时,应用状态反馈控制器设计方法,得到对置活塞二冲程柴油机轨压最优控制算法,获得的最优控制算法得到仿真与对置活塞二冲程柴油机台架试验验证。
[Abstract]:Energy crisis and environmental pollution have led to the increasingly stringent requirements for engine power, economy and emissions. The development of new engines has become a key issue in the research of internal combustion engines. It is under this background that a new type of power device is put forward, which has the advantages of high power density, good balance, low noise, strong fuel adaptability and highly flexible arrangement. In this paper, the contrasting piston two-stroke diesel engine adopts high-pressure common-rail fuel system. The high-pressure common-rail system can not only realize the accurate control of the injection quantity and injection timing of two injectors per cylinder. The flexible control of injection pressure and injection rate can also be realized. In this paper, the design method of state feedback controller based on model is studied, and four methods of linearization of nonlinear model are discussed and compared. The design method of state feedback controller based on linearized state space model is studied. The method is applied to study the control strategy of two stroke diesel engine with opposite piston. Considering the requirements of fast, smooth and reliable starting for a two-stroke diesel engine with contrasting piston, a state-space model for optimal control algorithm design is established in this paper. The engine start control strategy is designed by using Bang-Bang and LQR control algorithms respectively. The simulation results of the two control algorithms are carried out by Matlab/Simulink. The control effects of the two control algorithms are verified, and the respective advantages of the two control algorithms are combined. Finally, the optimal starting process control strategy of the two stroke diesel engine with opposite piston is obtained, and the bench test is carried out on the two stroke diesel engine with opposite piston. In this paper, the characteristics and working principle of the common rail system of a two-stroke diesel engine with opposite piston are studied. According to the theory of volume elastic modulus of liquid, the fuel oil in the cavity is taken as the research object, and the parameters of the common rail system of the engine are combined with the actual parameters of the common rail system. The mathematical models of fuel pressure in high pressure pump, common rail and injector cavity are established respectively. According to its working principle, the mathematical model of common rail system of two stroke diesel engine with opposite piston is obtained. By using the linearization theory of LPV system, the state space model of the system is obtained. At the same time, the optimal control algorithm for rail pressure of a two-stroke diesel engine with opposite piston is obtained by using the design method of state feedback controller. The obtained optimal control algorithm is verified by simulation and bench test of two stroke diesel engine with opposite piston.
