锅炉焊接过程预热温度测量系统的设计

【摘要】:锅炉在生产活动中占有重要地位,同时锅炉产品中又存在大量的焊接结构,其焊接质量是否过关直接关系到锅炉能否安全运行。对锅炉焊接前预先加热待焊接结构部件的温度达到工艺要求是保证锅炉产品质量的重要方面。因而,如何经济、高效、准确地测量锅炉焊接过程中的预热温度并保证其在工艺要求范围内是保障锅炉产品质量的基础。本文结合该测温系统的实际应用背景,分析提出以非接触式红外测温的方式对锅炉待焊部件的预热温度进行测量,改善了以往测温中设备损耗大、测温成本高的弊端,提高了测量的简便性;同时,在系统网络通信方面分析了ZigBee在锅炉生产车间复杂通信条件下应用的可行性,确定以ZigBee协议栈为基础的XBee-Pro模块作为系统的网络通信解决方案,并完成系统网络结构设计。针对系统具备的基本功能,本文设计完成了系统的硬件、软件总体结构。并根据硬件总体结构设计完成了基于AVR处理芯片ATmega128的控制电路,包括ATmega128与传感器的AD采样电路、ATraega128与无线模块的USART的数据通信电路、电源电路、存储器电路、DS18B20的环境温度测量电路、温度数据显示及声光报警电路等;根据软件总体结构,对处理器ATmega128内部各模块的特点及各功能寄存器的使用设置进行了说明和配置。设计完成本系统各个功能的程序,包括预热温度采集板与上位机通信程序、AD采样程序、数据显示程序和数据存储程序等。研究虚拟仪器的开发技术,设计开发出基于串口通信的LabVIEW上位机监控程序,使系统具备总体实时监测焊接车间中预热作业点相关参数的功能。
[Abstract]:Boiler plays an important role in production activities, and there are a large number of welding structures in the boiler products. Whether the welding quality passes or not is directly related to the safe operation of the boiler. It is an important aspect to ensure the quality of boiler products that the temperature of the structural parts to be welded before welding can meet the process requirements. Therefore, how to measure preheating temperature in boiler welding process economically, efficiently and accurately is the basis to ensure the quality of boiler products within the range of process requirements. Combined with the practical application background of the temperature measurement system, this paper analyzes and puts forward the method of non-contact infrared temperature measurement to measure the preheating temperature of the parts to be welded in the boiler, which improves the disadvantages of large equipment loss and high temperature measurement cost in the past. The simplicity of measurement is improved. At the same time, the feasibility of the application of ZigBee in the complex communication condition of boiler workshop is analyzed in the aspect of system network communication, and the XBee-Pro module based on ZigBee protocol stack is determined as the network communication solution of the system. And complete the system network structure design. In view of the basic functions of the system, the hardware and software structure of the system is designed and completed in this paper. According to the overall hardware structure, the control circuit based on AVR processing chip ATmega128 is designed, including AD sampling circuit between ATmega128 and sensor, data communication circuit between ATraega128 and wireless module USART, power supply circuit, memory circuit. DS18B20 environment temperature measurement circuit, temperature data display and acousto-optic alarm circuit; According to the overall structure of the software, the characteristics of each module in the processor ATmega128 and the usage and setting of each functional register are explained and configured. The program of each function of the system is designed, including the communication program between preheating temperature acquisition board and host computer, the AD sampling program, the data display program and the data storage program, etc. This paper studies the development technology of virtual instrument, designs and develops the monitoring program of LabVIEW PC based on serial port communication, which makes the system have the function of monitoring the parameters of preheated working points in welding workshop in real time.
