高压烧结炉卡箍快开结构强度分析与结构改进

【摘要】:压力烧结炉其核心部位一卡箍快开结构,是一种启闭方便、适用压力范围广的快开装置,同时它也是压力容器发生安全事故的主要因素之一。由于其结构的多样性和受力情况的复杂性,目前只有日本定制了高压和超高压快速启闭装置的设计标准,但大多数快开压力容器属于中、低压容器,尚未形成一套成熟的齿啮式快开容器的工程设计方法。高压烧结炉主要是承受交变载荷的作用,该类设备是使硬质合金进行烧结,被大量应用在熔点高的金属粉末中,其由上下两端平盖法兰、炉体中的零件、带夹套的筒体以及卡箍快开结构等几个部分组成。本论文使用有限元ANSYS软件对研究模型进行热-力耦合分析,在分析时依据JB4732-1995对分析结果进行强度的校核。对于高压烧结炉的主要部分一一卡箍快开盖结构,依据国家标准HG/T20582-2011《钢制化工容器强度计算规定》,对卡箍快开结构进行了常规设计,在满足强度要求之后又对卡箍快开盖结构进行强度分析和安全性评定,结果证实研究模型校核合格。把常规设计和ANSYS有限元计算结果进行了对比。最后,在此分析结果上,卡箍横梁部位大部分的应力强度值要比在设计温度下的设计应力强度值小很多,存在较大的余量,所以对此处进行结构改进,减小厚度,并且校核合格,使结构更合理、更经济。
[Abstract]:The quick opening structure of the core part of the pressure sintering furnace is a kind of quick opening device which is convenient to start and close and suitable for a wide range of pressure. At the same time, it is also one of the main factors of the safety accident of the pressure vessel. Due to the diversity of its structure and the complexity of its stress conditions, only Japan has customized the design standards for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure quick-start and close devices, but most of the fast-open pressure vessels belong to medium-and low-pressure vessels. An engineering design method for a mature rodent-type fast-opening container has not yet been formed. The high-pressure sintering furnace is mainly under the action of alternating load. This kind of equipment makes cemented carbide sintering and is widely used in the metal powder with high melting point. It is made up of the flat flange at both ends of the furnace and the parts in the furnace body. The tube body with jacket and the quick opening structure of clamping hoop are composed of several parts. In this paper, the finite element ANSYS software is used to analyze the thermal-mechanical coupling of the research model, and the strength of the analysis results is checked according to JB4732-1995. For the main part of the high pressure sintering furnace, the quick opening structure of the clamping hoop is designed according to the national standard HG/T20582-2011 (strength calculation regulations for Steel Chemical vessels), and the quick opening structure of the clamping hoop is normally designed. After the strength requirement is satisfied, the strength analysis and safety evaluation of the quick-opening structure of the clamping hoop are carried out, and the results show that the research model is qualified. The results of conventional design and ANSYS finite element method are compared. Finally, on the basis of the analysis results, most of the stress intensity values of the clamped beam are much smaller than those of the design temperature, and there is a large amount of residual, so the structure is improved and the thickness is reduced. And check the qualification, make the structure more reasonable, more economical.
