汽油机缸内直喷喷油器驱动系统设计与测试研究

缸内直喷喷油器(GDI)驱动组件是发动机缸内直喷系统的重要组成部分,其通过实时管理喷油器驱动电流对喷油器进行控制。由于流量特性是衡量喷油器的重要准则,因此精确控制GDI喷油器的电流显得十分关键,尽可能的保证喷油器驱动电流控制的精度、可靠性以及响应速度。在喷油器的控制过程中,需要在保证喷油器高速的动态响应速度的同时,减小系统的能量损失和喷油器的温升。本文的研究目的是在分析喷油器的工作原理的基础上,设计一套基于峰值—保持电路用来驱动GDI喷油器,通过流量实验验证本文开发的直喷驱动的性能。
