【摘要】:海洋钻机在钻井过程中保证较好的稳定性、安全性以及优良的控制性能是安全生产的重要保障。而钻机的运行过程涉及一系列的电动和机械传动装置,是一种非线性复杂运动过程,传统的PID控制已经无法满足要求,这就要求一种不需要知道控制对象精确数学模型的智能决策方法来对钻机进行控制,维持稳定的钻压和钻速。模糊免疫PID控制是一种以语言变量为基础的智能控制方法,适用于难以建立精确数学模型的线性系统以及非线性系统。该控制方法的思想是以模糊集合论、模糊语言变量和模糊逻辑推理为基础,来模仿人的思维决策去控制模型复杂或不确定性较强的对象。本文探究了模糊免疫PID控制在海洋平台模块钻机调压系统和速度跟踪控制等方面的应用,并探讨了相对于传统PID模糊免疫PID所表现出的优点。主要研究内容如下:(1)介绍模糊免疫PID原理以及在钻机系统中模糊免疫PID控制的目的及意义,并对国内外的相关研究现状进行阐述。(2)分别对PID控制、免疫反馈控制、模糊控制的优缺点进行介绍,得出以下结论:模糊免疫PID控制正是集三者之优点于一身,适用于非线性系统中的智能控制。(3)分别以钻机调压系统和速度跟踪控制为例,详细介绍模糊免疫PID控制在钻机系统中的应用,并建立相应模型,进行仿真分析。(4)通过分析结果来说明模糊免疫PID自动控制在钻机调压系统和速度跟踪控制方面的优越性能,并展望其广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:It is an important guarantee for safety production to ensure good stability, safety and excellent control performance during drilling. The operation process of the electric drill and relates to a series of mechanical transmission device, which is a nonlinear complex movement process, the traditional PID control can not meet the requirement, which requires an intelligent decision making method does not need to know the precise mathematical model of the control object to drill into control, maintain the stability of the drilling pressure and drilling speed. Fuzzy immune PID control is an intelligent control method based on linguistic variables. It is suitable for linear systems and nonlinear systems that are difficult to establish accurate mathematical models. The idea of this control method is based on fuzzy set theory, fuzzy linguistic variable and fuzzy logic reasoning, to imitate human's thinking decision to control complex or uncertain objects. This paper explores the application of fuzzy immune PID control in offshore platform module drilling rig, pressure regulating system and speed tracking control, and discusses the advantages compared with the traditional PID fuzzy immune PID. The main research contents are as follows: (1) introduce the principle of fuzzy immune PID and the purpose and significance of fuzzy immune PID control in drilling rig system, and elaborate the related research status at home and abroad. (2) the advantages and disadvantages of PID control, immune feedback control and fuzzy control are introduced respectively. The following conclusion is drawn: fuzzy immune PID control is one of the advantages of the three, which is suitable for intelligent control of nonlinear systems. (3) taking drilling rig control system and speed tracking control as an example, the application of fuzzy immune PID control in drilling rig system is introduced in detail, and the corresponding model is established for simulation analysis. (4) by analyzing the results, we illustrate the superior performance of fuzzy immune PID automatic control in drilling machine pressure regulating system and speed tracking control, and prospect its broad application prospects.
