木质纤维素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯吸油树脂对柴油吸附性能的研究

【摘要】:采用悬浮接枝聚合法合成木质纤维素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯(LNC-g-BMA)吸油树脂;考察BMA与LNC的质量比,引发剂、交联剂和致孔剂的用量以及反应温度对树脂吸附柴油性能的影响;采用FT-IR、SEM、TG和XRD等手段对树脂的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,BMA与LNC的质量比为8∶1,过氧化苯甲酰、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和乙酸乙酯用量分别为BMA质量的1.2%、1.6%和50%,反应温度为80℃时,LNC-g-BMA对柴油的吸油倍率达到8.72g/g。表征结果显示,LNC-g-BMA表面疏松,有利于柴油分子在树脂内扩散;与LNC相比,LNC-g-BMA的结晶度明显下降,热稳性明显提高。
[Abstract]:Lignocellulose grafted butyl methacrylate (LNC-g-BMA) oil absorbent resin was synthesized by suspension grafting polymerization, and the effects of mass ratio of BMA to LNC, amount of initiator, crosslinking agent and pore-causing agent and reaction temperature on the adsorption properties of diesel oil were investigated. The morphology and structure of the resin were characterized by FT-IR, SEMTG and XRD. The results showed that the mass ratio of BMAs to LNC was 8: 1, and the dosage of benzoyl peroxide (BMA) and methylene bis (acrylamide) and ethyl acetate were 1.21.6% and 50% of the mass of BMA, respectively, and the reaction temperature was 50%.
