悬链线式系泊系统测量技术研究与实测分析

【摘要】:随着近年来能源的需求越来越大,海洋资源的开发显得越来越重要。海洋油气资源的开发主要依托于浮式平台,浮式平台的系泊系统使平台保持在一定的位置正常作业。悬链线式系泊系统由于其结构可靠、简单、经济性好的优点目前被大量使用。 悬链线系泊系统在初步设计过程中需要考虑环境参数、附加质量、阻尼、系泊刚度、最大偏移距离、系泊最大张力、浮体RAO等重要参数。详细设计过程中,主要是对系泊系统的强度和疲劳性能进行分析。其中对于悬链线式多点系泊系统中系泊力的确定,对其设计和在位时的系泊性能分析都具有重要的意义。随着海域水深的增加,由于缩比和非线性的影响使模型试验和数值模拟存在不足。 本文对考虑弹性形变的悬链线方程和浮体运动进行分析,基于悬链线方程的定解条件提出通过测量浮体六自由度运动信息和锚泊线姿态变化来测量锚泊力的方法。以我国南海LH11-1油田的半潜式FPS为依托,对其系泊系统实施了原型测量。通过对测量数据的分析,确定测量方法的误差满足工程中测量的需求。对悬链线的各参数进行分析,得出了相互之间的变化关系,并据此分析了采用两个倾角传感器测量锚泊力时影响测量精度的因素和注意事项。最后通过对实测的角度进行统计和谱分析,得出锚泊线运动具有波频部分,并且在恶劣的环境下波频部分增大,但是其能量在运动总能量中占的比例减小。悬链线式系泊系统原型测量技术的研究,可以作为分析系泊系统的重要手段,且可以作为其他浮式结构的原型测量的借鉴,具有重要的工程意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for energy in recent years, the development of marine resources is becoming more and more important. The exploitation of offshore oil and gas resources mainly depends on the floating platform, and the mooring system of the floating platform keeps the platform in a certain position. Catenary mooring system is widely used because of its reliability, simplicity and economy. In the preliminary design of catenary mooring system, some important parameters, such as environment parameters, additional mass, damping, mooring stiffness, maximum offset distance, mooring maximum tension, floating body RAO and so on, should be considered. In the process of detailed design, the strength and fatigue performance of mooring system are analyzed. It is of great significance for the determination of mooring force in catenary multi-point mooring system and the analysis of mooring performance when it is in position. With the increase of water depth, the model test and numerical simulation are insufficient due to the influence of shrinkage ratio and nonlinear. In this paper, the catenary equation and the motion of floating body considering elastic deformation are analyzed. Based on the conditions of the fixed solution of catenary equation, a method of measuring the mooring force by measuring the motion information of the floating body with six degrees of freedom and the change of the mooring line attitude is presented. Based on semi-submersible FPS of South China Sea LH11-1 oilfield, prototype survey of mooring system is carried out. Through the analysis of measurement data, the error of measurement method is determined to meet the requirement of engineering measurement. Based on the analysis of the parameters of catenary, the relationship between the parameters of catenary is obtained, and the factors that affect the measurement accuracy and the matters needing attention when the anchor force is measured by two inclination sensors are analyzed. Finally, through the statistical and spectral analysis of the measured angle, it is concluded that the mooring line motion has the wave frequency part, and the wave frequency part increases under the bad environment, but the proportion of its energy in the total energy of the motion decreases. The research on prototype measurement technology of catenary mooring system can be used as an important means to analyze mooring system, and can be used as a reference for other floating structure prototype measurement, which has important engineering significance.
