【摘要】：正地球的过半面积都被海洋覆盖,水流循环不息,海洋污染是每个国家都必须面对的问题。两个热爱冲浪的澳大利亚人Andrew Turton和Pete Ceglinski想出了一个简单易行的好办法,设计出了能够在海里独立工作的垃圾桶Seabin。垃圾桶底部的抽水泵不停工作,保持桶内的水面低于海平面,形成的小漩涡虽然流速不大,仍足够将周围的垃圾卷入垃圾桶中,塑料袋、空瓶、纸张等落入垃圾桶,海水过滤后留出,垃圾被留在处理袋里,装满后将处理袋清空。若是加装油水分离器,还能够收集泄漏到海中的石油。这一装置改变了传统的海洋垃圾处理方式,
