毛细驱动海水淡化系统的热力学与水动力学分析

【摘要】:针对毛细驱动海水淡化系统建立了热力学-水动力学分析模型,分别对不同热流密度、运行高度和蒸汽管线长度工况下的系统运行特性进行了模拟分析。模拟结果与实验测量结果吻合较好。当系统在热流密度为4.2~34.0kW/m~2较大的参数范围内运行时,系统产水量可达6.3~50.8 kg/(m~2·h),蒸发温度可低至29.3~39.8℃。结果表明,蒸发器的压力是影响系统运行的主要因素,其主要受蒸发器高度和蒸汽管线长度的影响,且前者的影响更大。

The operating characteristics of the system under different heat flux, operating height and steam pipeline length were simulated and analyzed.
