一种有缆深潜器自保护承重头的设计与分析

【摘要】:针对当前有缆海洋深潜器承重头不能在极端情况时抛弃深潜器从而保护铠装复合缆的的缺陷,提出一种新型承重头结构。新机构动力源为电机,经过V带和丝杆螺母的传动将螺纹传动销轴旋出承重头,使承重头断开来保护铠装复合缆。运用有限元技术进行结构分析,结果表明正常工作时承重头的最小安全系数为2.5445,最大变形为0.01325 mm,完全满足承重头的自保护性能,为我国有缆深海潜器的发展提供一种新思路。
[Abstract]:A new type of load-bearing head structure is proposed in view of the defects of the current cable marine deep submersible head which can not abandon the deep submersible and protect the armoured composite cable. The new mechanism is driven by the motor. Through the transmission of the V belt and the screw nut, the screw drive shaft is turned out of the load-bearing head to break the weight head to protect the armoured composite cable. The finite element technique is used to analyze the structure. The results show that the minimum safety factor of the weight bearing head is 2.5445 and the maximum deformation is 0.01325 mm, which fully satisfies the self protection performance of the bearing head, and provides a new idea for the development of the deep-sea submersible in our country.
