自升式平台二次弯矩载荷计算与施加方法对比

【摘要】:考虑到自升式平台的二次弯矩载荷作为其承受载荷的重要组成部分,各船级社规范中对其均提出了考虑的要求,但仅给出了二次位移的计算方法,对于在有限元计算过程中如何将其施加到模型中并未给出明确的指导,利用ANSYS软件的非线性求解器,考虑大位移对计算结果的影响,对各种载荷施加方法进行综合评价。对比计算发现各载荷施加方法对桩腿的具体受力情况影响颇大,以弯矩的形式施加与平台约束点的方法最为合理。证实了SACS软件在自升式平台P-deta载荷自动计算和施加的适用性。
[Abstract]:Considering that the secondary bending moment load of the jack-up platform is an important part of the load bearing, the requirements of the secondary moment load are considered in the codes of every classification society, but only the calculation method of the secondary displacement is given. There is no clear guidance on how to apply it to the model in the process of finite element calculation. Using the nonlinear solver of ANSYS software, considering the influence of large displacement on the calculation results, various load exerting methods are evaluated synthetically. The comparison and calculation show that the load exerting method has a great influence on the concrete force of the pile leg, and the method of applying the bending moment to the constraint point of the platform is the most reasonable. The applicability of SACS software in automatic calculation and application of P-deta load on bootstrap platform is confirmed.
