基于PLC的智能海水浓缩装置的设计与研究

【摘要】:海水盐度是观测海洋和研究海洋水文的主要因素之一。目前用海洋仪器测量海水盐度,普遍采用相对测量法,即以一种物质为标准。国家一级标准海水和系列标准海水为海水盐度标准物质。因天然海水盐度较小,所以将天然海水制备成标准海水的首要过程就是进行海水浓缩。本文根据相关部门的需求设计了一套基于PLC的智能海水浓缩装置。通过分析总结以往海水浓缩装置对海水有污染,破坏海水成分,不耐腐蚀,寿命短,自动化程度低等缺点,确定了本课题装置研究方向和设计目标。按照要求,本课题设计的浓缩装置必须实现海水低温浓缩,即浓缩过程海水不得高于40℃。本装置通过管路换热的方式,对海水进行升温加热,不破坏海水成分,不污染海水。为加快低温海水浓缩的速度,在冷凝玻璃上盖处引入了制冷系统,在海水槽内形成温场差。为保证冷凝玻璃上盖低温恒定,加入了变频器控制压缩机制冷的技术。压缩机制冷过程中产生的热量可以对海水进行加热,达到了冷热能能充分利用、节约能源的效果。随着海水水分蒸发,海水盐度提高,达到设定盐度,装置自动停止运行。本课题控制系统以西门子S7-200 SMART系列PLC为主控单元,并扩展应用了模拟量输入、输出模块。采用模糊PID的控制策略和变频控制技术,对海水温度和海水槽上盖温度进行精确控制。装置引入了人机交互的触摸屏界面,使操作方便,增强参数可观测性。
[Abstract]:The salinity of sea water is one of the main factors for observing the ocean and studying the ocean hydrology. At present, the relative measurement method is generally used to measure the salinity of sea water with ocean instruments, that is to say, a kind of substance is used as the standard. National standard sea water and series standard sea water are salinities standard material of sea water. Because of the low salinity of natural sea water, the primary process of preparing natural seawater into standard sea water is sea water concentration. In this paper, a set of intelligent seawater concentration device based on PLC is designed according to the requirements of relevant departments. By analyzing and summarizing the disadvantages of seawater concentration devices in the past, such as pollution of seawater, destruction of seawater composition, non-corrosion resistance, short life and low degree of automation, the research direction and design target of this project are determined. According to the requirement, the concentrator designed in this paper must realize the low temperature concentration of sea water, that is, the sea water must not be higher than 40 鈩,
