海洋动态缆的截面布局及数值模拟研究
[Abstract]:Umbilical cord cable is the main type of marine dynamic cable, which is usually assembled by different functional units. The outer layer is usually composed of armored wire spiral winding and polymer sheath. When the umbilical cable is laid, installed and operated in place, it is subjected to tensile load. Because of its spiral winding characteristics, the outer armored steel wire will transform the tensile load into radial pressure and act on the inner core of the umbilical cable, so that the section of the umbilical cable will produce stress and deformation. Therefore, radial pressure is an important parameter of section layout design. In this paper, the radial pressure P of the inner core caused by the cord cable under axial tension is deduced, and the polygonal graph can be drawn based on the concept of section layout polygon. The graph can directly reflect the bearing capacity of the cross-section and the uniform force of each element. Finally, taking an umbilical cord cable containing different elements as an example, the modeling calculation and analysis of different cross-section layouts are carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. The contact and friction between the elements are considered, and the numerical results are given. Based on the comparative analysis of the section deformation and the maximum force of the element under the radial load, the rational layout scheme is determined by combining the polygraph of the section layout. It has important guiding significance to the layout design of umbilical cord cable cross section.
