用硅钙渣烧制水泥熟料的研究

【摘要】:随着高铝粉煤灰替代铝土矿提取氧化铝技术在工业实践中的应用,产生了大量的高铝粉煤灰提铝后的副产物硅钙渣,如果这些硅钙渣不能及时处理,将对环境产生污染并造成资源的浪费。硅钙渣含有约40%的氧化钙和12%的二氧化硅,可以替代部分水泥生料来烧制水泥熟料。本研究设计合适的率值、煅烧温度和硅钙渣在水泥生料中的不同掺量,通过煅烧结果来说明硅钙渣的掺量对烧成结果的影响;通过测试游离氧化钙的值来探讨硅钙渣的掺量和煅烧温度对水泥生料的易烧性的影响;通过用XRD分析和Rietveld全谱拟合方法对烧成熟料的矿物组成的定量分析,研究硅钙渣的掺量和煅烧温度对熟料矿物相含量的影响:通过岩相分析和SEM-EDS分析来探讨硅钙渣的掺量对熟料矿物相尺寸大小、分布状态和矿物相的生长发育等微观形貌的影响。研究结果表明:硅钙渣(脱碱渣和原渣)分别掺入水泥生料中烧制熟料时,脱碱渣对易烧性的改善效果比原渣明显。用硅钙渣(脱碱渣和原渣)作水泥生料时,能降低熟料的烧成温度,但要控制熟料的煅烧温度,防止将水泥熟料烧融。掺入硅钙渣烧制出的熟料的矿物相的组成主要为硅酸三钙(C3S)、硅酸二钙(C2S)、铝酸钙(C3A)和铁铝酸四钙(C4AF)。随着煅烧温度的提高,硅酸三钙的含量逐渐增加,当硅钙渣(脱碱渣)掺量大于10%时,随着硅钙渣掺量的增加,硅酸三钙的含量逐渐减小,硅酸二钙和铝酸三钙的含量逐渐增加;当硅钙渣掺量小于10%时,随着硅钙渣掺量的增加,硅酸三钙的含量逐渐增加。煅烧温度为1350℃,硅钙渣的掺量分别为0%、30%、60%时,烧制出的熟料中C3S矿物相呈板状、柱状,呈散乱状态分布,C2S矿物相呈椭圆状且伴有交叉双晶纹,以矿巢状集中的分布;随着硅钙渣掺量的增加,C3S矿物相的Ca/Si摩尔比先增加后大幅度降低,这说明了60%的硅钙渣的掺量对熟料中C3S的形成和晶体的发育长大是不利的。
[Abstract]:With the application of high alumina fly ash instead of bauxite extraction technology in industrial practice, a large number of by-products of silica calcium slag after aluminum extraction from high aluminum fly ash have been produced, if these silica calcium slag cannot be treated in time, Silica slag contains about 40% calcium oxide and 12% silicon dioxide, which can replace some raw cement to burn cement clinker. The calcination temperature and the content of calcium silicate slag in cement raw meal are different. The effect of the content of calcium silicate slag on the sintering result is explained by the calcination results. The influence of the content of calcium silicate slag and calcination temperature on the burnability of cement raw meal was studied by testing the value of free calcium oxide, and the mineral composition of the clinker was quantitatively analyzed by XRD analysis and Rietveld full-spectrum fitting method. The effect of the content of calcium silicate slag and calcination temperature on the mineral phase content of clinker was studied. The size of clinker mineral phase was studied by lithofacies analysis and SEM-EDS analysis. The results show that calcium silicate slag (desalinated slag and raw slag) are mixed into cement raw meal to make clinker respectively. When calcium silicate slag (desalination slag and raw slag) is used as cement raw material, the sintering temperature of clinker can be reduced, but the calcination temperature of clinker should be controlled. The mineral phase of the clinker is mainly composed of tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, calcium aluminate, calcium aluminate, and tetracalcium ferrate C4AF.As the calcination temperature increases, the content of tricalcium silicate increases gradually. When the content of calcium silicate slag is more than 10, the content of tricalcium silicate decreases gradually, and the content of dicalcium silicate and tricalcium aluminate increases with the increase of the content of calcium silicate slag, and when the content of calcium silicate slag is less than 10, the content of tricalcium silicate decreases gradually, and the content of calcium silicate slag increases gradually when the content of calcium silicate slag is less than 10.
