【摘要】:随着制铝工业的迅速发展,铝厂氧化铝生产过程中产生的副产物废渣赤泥,由于其强碱性成为不容忽视的环境污染物。对赤泥的低成本处理和资源化利用逐步成为近些年来专家学者研究的热点。而近些年来氮氧化物的污染问题也日益严重,成为我国“十二五”污染减排工作的重点。本论文总结前人工作经验,本着“以废治废”理念,以赤泥为主要原材料,通过挤出成型工艺制备赤泥蜂窝陶瓷,并通过涂覆工艺制备出整体式脱硝催化剂以脱除工厂锅炉尾气中的氮氧化物,为我国环保工作提供了一条切实有效的途径。本论文以原赤泥为主要原材料,通过添加各种助剂制得到赤泥膏体,然后通过挤出成型工艺制备赤泥蜂窝陶瓷材料,其中通过正交实验考察了水粉比、造孔剂、润滑剂、粘结剂对挤出成型工艺的影响。经测试赤泥蜂窝坯体在1175℃下烧结制备的赤泥蜂窝陶瓷抗压强度达到14.5MPa,孔隙率62.8%,吸水率21.4%,基本上满足蜂窝陶瓷国家标准GB/T 25994-2010的要求。载体涂覆液的性能直接影响整体脱硝催化剂的使用寿命,本论文通过筛选实验确定TiO2涂覆液的原材料为纳米级锐钛矿TiO2,然后考察了酸对基体预处理以及尿素、甲基纤维素剂涂层性能的影响。整体式脱硝催化剂以赤泥蜂窝陶瓷为骨架,涂覆高比表面积的载体和活性组分制备而成。通过筛选实验确定载体为TiO2,活性组分为V2O5,经测试当Ti O2的负载量为20%,V2O5负载量为1%,在325℃时脱硝效率高达96%。
