AlON粉体合成及其材料的SPS制备与性能研究

【摘要】:本文采用高温固相反应法和碳热还原氮化法制备Al ON陶瓷粉体,利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备了Al ON陶瓷材料。研究了原料及配比和合成的工艺参数对Al ON陶瓷粉体合成产物的影响。并在此基础上,研究了SPS烧结的工艺参数对其致密化过程及组织结构和力学性能的影响。同时研究了其抗氧化性能。以α-Al2O3和Al N为原料,通过高温固相反应法成功制备出单相的Al ON陶瓷粉体。研究结果表明,在1700℃-1800℃温度范围内固相反应合成Al ON陶瓷粉体时,较高的合成温度(1800℃)有利于Al ON陶瓷粉体的合成;延长保温时间,可以提高Al ON陶瓷粉体的产率;α-Al2O3和Al N的摩尔比为73:27时,1800℃保温2h,制备出单相的Al ON陶瓷粉体。以γ-Al2O3和活性炭为原料先在0.5MPa氮气条件下1600℃保温2小时,然后升温到1800℃保温3h成功制备出单相Al ON陶瓷粉体。在1600℃保温2h的产物中Al N的含量随活性炭含量的增加而增加,当活性炭含量超过6.0wt%时,其产量不再增加。提高合成温度和延长保温时间都能使产物中Al ON的含量增加。经过球磨处理24h后,制备的Al ON粉体颗粒规则,近似于球形,粒径细小且分布均匀。采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术快速制备出Al ON陶瓷材料。研究结果表明,相比于氮气环境,真空环境下更有利于Al ON陶瓷的致密化;提高烧结温度和升温速率可以促进其致密化,延长保温时间对其致密度影响不大,但会造成晶粒粗大,降低其弹性模量和抗弯强度,但是其断裂韧性会增加。Al ON陶瓷在900℃-1200℃之间不同保温时间下的抗氧化性能研究结果表明,随着氧化温度和时间的增加,其氧化增重及氧化层的厚度都增加。且随着氧化温度的提高,Al ON陶瓷的氧化反应速率也增加;在1200℃以下,Al ON陶瓷具有很好的抗氧化性能,氧化的产物主要为γ-Al2O3。超过1200℃以后,Al ON陶瓷会产生严重的氧化,产物主要为α-Al2O3;其氧化过程分为三个阶段,氧化初期为化学反应控制阶段;Al ON陶瓷的氧化中期是扩散和化学反应共同控制阶段;氧化后期是扩散控制阶段。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Al on ceramic powders were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction and carbothermal reduction nitridation. Alon ceramic materials were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. The effects of raw materials, ratio and process parameters on the synthesis products of Alon ceramic powders were studied. The effects of sintering parameters of SPS on the densification process, microstructure and mechanical properties of SPS were studied, and the oxidation resistance was also studied. 伪 -Al _ 2O _ 3 and Al _ 2O _ 3 were used as raw materials. Single phase Al on ceramic powders were successfully prepared by high temperature solid state reaction.
